1.1. In this document and the relations of the Parties arising or related thereto, the following terms and definitions apply:
a) ChartHelper.pro (Service) - an Internet site hosted in the charthelper.pro domain and its subdomains.
b) User is a legally capable individual who has acceded to this Agreement in his own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity he represents.
c) Agreement - this agreement with all additions and changes.
d) Poker room is a platform where players directly play.
1.2. Your use of the Service in any way and in any form within the limits of its declared functionality, including:
viewing materials posted on the Site;
registration and/or authorization on the Site;
Posting or display of any materials on the Site, including but not limited to: texts, hypertext links, images, audio and video files, information and/or other information, creates a contract under the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. By using any of the above options for using the Service, you confirm that:
a) Have read the terms of this Agreement in full before using the Service.
b) You accept all the terms of this Agreement in full without any exceptions or restrictions on your part and undertake to comply with them or stop using the Service. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement or do not have the right to enter into a contract based on them, you should immediately stop any use of the Service.
c) The Agreement (including any of its parts) may be changed by the Administration without any special notice. The new edition of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Administration Website or brought to the attention of the User in another convenient form, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Agreement.
2.1. Use of the functionality of the Service is permitted only after the User has registered and authorized on the Site in accordance with the procedure established by the Administration.
2.2. Technical, organizational and commercial conditions for using the Service, including its functionality, are brought to the attention of Users by separate posting on the Site or by notifying Users.
2.3. The login and password selected by the User are necessary and sufficient information for the User to access the Service. The user does not have the right to transfer his login and password to third parties, and bears full responsibility for their safety, independently choosing the method of storing them.
2.4. If suspicious or malicious actions are detected on the part of the User, the Site administration may deny the User access to the Site or its individual parts.
3.1. The User uses the Service at his own risk, understanding that some Poker rooms do not welcome such services and may impose various restrictions on the User's account for their use.
3.2. The Service is not responsible for any types of damages that occur as a result of its use and/or the use of its individual parts and functions by the User.
4.1. Return/cancellation of a paid subscription is not provided for by the rules of the Service, since all functionality and performance of the Service can be tested in the free version of the Service without any restrictions
5.1. The User agrees to receive informational electronic messages from the Copyright Holder to the email address you specified when working with the Site.
5.2. The Copyright Holder has the right to use electronic messages to inform the User about changes and new features of the Service, changes to the Agreement or the Mandatory Documents specified therein, as well as for mailing information or advertising.
6.1. This Agreement may be changed or terminated by the Copyright Holder unilaterally without prior notice to the User and without payment of any compensation in connection with this.
6.2. If the service provides the possibility of issuing a paid subscription, the subscription fee is paid by the User in advance.

7.1. Description of subscriptions:
BASIC subscription – under this subscription the User is provided with the use of a chart table of up to 10x10 cells and a randomizer
PRO subscription - under this subscription the User is provided with the use of the chart table without restrictions, additional tabs for the chart table, tables of links to player statistics and a randomizer
7.2 Trial:
Each new account can try the Service for free for 3 days with PRO subscription functionality.
